During EA’s E3 press conference, the long awaited Need For Speed title from Criterion was announced and is to be called Hot Pursuit.

Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit is a cops and robber title set for release 16th November. It will feature full careers for both the cops and robbers, and when introducing the game, Criterion said “To us, Need for Speed means exotic cars, epic drives and hot pursuits.” During the conference the developers played a pursuit match, which showed the games nitro boosts as well as giving the cops the option to deploy roadblocks and deploy spike strips on the road using the d-pad.
