What turned out to the final surprise of Sony’s E3 conference, a new Twisted Metal game was announced.

The PlayStation exclusive was demoed on stage by developers Eat Sleep Play, showing off the franchises newest title. The addition of flight – a series first – and a new game mode called ‘Nuke’, were the biggest features announced. There will also be a host of new weapons and power ups added to the frantic vehcicular combat whilst you try to destroy the opposing team with devastating weapons and destructible environments all in up to 16-player online, and 2-to-4 player online split-screen.
