Blacklight: Tango Down Customisation Detailed

Ignition Entertainment has released a Developer Diary for their upcoming first-person shooter, Blacklight: Tango Down.

As the title creeps towards its summer release date, the downloadable game offers deep customization with trillions of weapon combinations, as well as the Hyper Reality Visor system that was detailed earlier this month. To make Blacklight: Tango Down as realistic as possible – for a futuristic shooter that is – the developer, Zombie Studios, took current weapons and pushed them as far as technology would allow them. Players will be able to change out 25 different weapon attributes that will make decisive differences in gameplay, with gunstocks affecting kick and velocity of the player, scopes change zoom and accuracy while magazine size affects reload speed and number of bullets fired off.

The company states that, “this must-see diary takes players on a wild ride of options that has never before been seen in a downloadable game,” and I agree. The more I learn about Blacklight, the more intrigued I become.

Blacklight is a multimedia franchise that will include the video game, a feature film, and a trilogy of comic books.
