Considering this is the final week before Sony’s new handheld is released, it will likely be a rather different gaming week for the team next week. So, as we look at the final Vita-less week we take a quick look at what the guys have been playing. As always, I will then pick the best entry of the week to be This Week’s Wizard of Words. Currently, Phil, Harry and Dave are all on one point each, and although Liam is as well, his departure from the team this week has closed the door on any future points for him.

We’ll kick off this week with last week’s winner, Harry:

“What a difference a week off makes: between reviewing UFC 3 and Grand Slam Tennis, numerous Split/Second, Football Manager and Rock Band 3 sessions, a first go at the rather good Need for Speed: The Run, train journeys occupied by the fiendish yet lovely EDGE and discovering the wonders of OnLive on my Android phone, I’m surprised I’ve had time to do anything else, like eating or sleeping…”

My, my, Harry’s been busy this week, unlike Dave who’s mostly just been playing Warp for his review – that went live today – whilst pining yet again for his PlayStation 3:

“Took out my vented frustration on those pesky scientists in Warp after another week without my PS3, means I miss out on Uncharted 3 and the many PS2 Classics that hit the Sony Entertainment Network. The saga continues still…”

Rob makes his first entry as he continues to obliterate others online:

“Whilst awaiting to review Solid Snakes HD outing on Xbox 360, I’ve had a week filled with fragtastic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and more demos than you can shake a stick at.”

Whilst we see Igor, as did I, playing a true gem of 2011:

“I’ve finally gotten round to playing Rayman: Origins properly and stand by my argument that it was 100% one of the best games in 2011.”

So, unlike previous week’s, we have no rhymes, no limericks, just simple to-the-point entries. So rather than hang around, the winner this week is Harry. He is now the first team member to clock two wins in a row and takes him clear at the top. Expect a more action packed update next week but for now I leave you with:
